Ares Infrastructure Equity and Ares Insurance Solutions funds will acquire Infinity Transportation from KKR for approximately $2.9 billion in enterprise value. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
2. Railcar fleet
Infinity owns and manages approximately 50,000 railcars leased to more than 350 customers across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The buyer plans to support fleet growth, deepen customer relationships and pursue new acquisitions.
