Argan shareholders approved a 5% dividend hike to €3.45 per share and greenlit €165m of 2026 investments across eight projects after 7% rental income growth to €212m and 13% recurring net income growth to €155m. Fiscal Q4 net income was $49.2m on revenue of $262.1m.

Argan’s shareholders approved a 5% dividend increase to €3.45 per share and ratified a €165m investment budget for 2026, covering eight development projects and reinforcing the company’s growth strategy.

2. 2025 Performance Highlights

The company delivered €212m in rental income, up 7%, alongside a 13% rise in recurring net income to €155m and a 7% increase in EPRA net tangible assets to €91.5 per share.

3. Fiscal Q4 and Full-Year Results

In the fourth quarter, Argan posted net income of $49.2m (EPS $3.47) on revenue of $262.1m, bringing full-year profit to $137.8m and revenue to $944.6m, while shares have climbed 31% year-to-date.
