Argentina issued an administrative decision rebalancing Aeropuertos Argentina’s concession, enabling a $7.3 billion capital investment program. The concession was extended 18 years to February 2056, including compensation for $600 million in direct investments. Passenger tariffs will be denominated in U.S. dollars, and the domestic passenger use fee will rise to $9 by January 1, 2027. The parties set an economic plan targeting a 14.30% IRR, with projections reviewed every three years.
