argenx completes acquisition of Forte Biosciences for $77 per share

The deal adds Forte’s FB102, an anti-CD122 antibody with clinical data in vitiligo and celiac disease, to argenx’s immunology pipeline.
Acquisition completed for cash tender offer and merger
argenx completed its acquisition of Forte Biosciences via a cash tender offer and subsequent merger.
Forte shareholders received $77 per share in cash, subject to applicable tax withholding.
At tender expiration on Aug. 26, 2026, 19,894,879 shares were tendered; ownership reached about 87.13% including argenx holdings.
