Reed sold 57,921 shares on Nov. 3 at $12.0218 each and 89,510 shares on Nov. 4 at $13.0263 each. His remaining holdings totaled 115,799 shares through the 1985 Trust, 10,769 shares held directly and 200 shares as custodian.
