Arhaus names Meijer CEO Rick Keyes to board as independent director

Arhaus disclosed board changes with Bill Beargie resigning on July 7, 2026; no dispute was cited.
Rick Keyes joined the board on July 8, 2026 as an independent Class I director. His term runs to the 2028 annual meeting.
Keyes will serve on the compensation committee.
Keyes has been CEO of Meijer since 2017. He previously held senior leadership roles there, including president, supply chain and manufacturing.
He is also a director at CMS Energy, where he serves on the audit committee and the governance, sustainability and public responsibility committee.
