Arko Petroleum Q2 FY26 net income rises 22.1% to USD 12.2 million

Arko Petroleum reaffirmed 2026 guidance for about USD 156 million adjusted EBITDA and about USD 110 million discretionary cash flow; quarterly dividend set at USD 0.50 a share.
Q2 results and cash flow
Arko Petroleum posted Q2 net income of USD 12.2 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose to USD 39.8 million.
Operating cash flow fell to USD 10.4 million, while discretionary cash flow (non-GAAP) increased to USD 27.1 million.
U.S. Petroleum Partners acquisition
The company signed a deal to buy U.S. Petroleum Partners, expected to add about 280 million gallons annually and roughly USD 30 million of annual adjusted EBITDA.
Deal terms include about USD 205 million cash plus inventory; USD 30 million of Class A stock will be escrowed subject to EBITDA targets.
