The company tripled its driverless freight network with a new software launch enabling autonomous runs on a 1,000-mile Fort Worth–Phoenix corridor that surpasses Hours of Service limits.

As of January 2026, the platform logged over 250,000 driverless miles without any driver-attributed collisions, underlining the safety record of its Aurora Driver system.

4. Fleet and Hardware Outlook

Aurora plans to deploy more than 200 driverless trucks by year-end and roll out next-generation hardware in the second quarter, targeting full commercial capacity by Q3 2026.
