Operating loss widened to $10.31 million from $6.84 million, on higher research and development and general and administrative expenses.
Grant and award revenue rose 15.72% to $2.51 million.
Other income totaled $84.45 million, driven by a $91.02 million non-cash gain from the Convertible Loan fair-value change.
Clinical program update
The company expects to initiate a pivotal Phase 3 superiority study of AP-SA02 in complicated S. aureus bacteremia in 2H 2026. The FDA granted Fast Track.
