Armlogi Deploys Seven-Day Operations and Upgrades Infrastructure for Summer Peak Demand
BTOC•Armlogi launched expanded seven-day operations and additional shifts at select facilities, investing in equipment and infrastructure to boost throughput during the summer commerce peak. The company leverages 12 warehouses (3.9 million square feet) and a new Southern California middle-mile network to support over 600 cross-border e-commerce merchants.

Armlogi has implemented seven-day operations at certain fulfillment centers and added additional shifts at select locations to increase throughput and operational flexibility during anticipated summer peak order volumes.
2. Infrastructure and Process Enhancements
The company continues to invest in warehouse equipment and operational infrastructure, refine fulfillment processes such as inventory positioning and labor allocation, and build an internal middle-mile transportation network in Southern California.

These initiatives leverage Armlogi’s 12 warehouses totaling 3.9 million square feet across five states to maintain service standards and support elevated cross-border e-commerce order volumes for over 600 merchant clients during peak summer campaigns.
