Armlogi said fiscal 2026 revenue fell 2.4%, as transportation services revenue declined 14.5%. Warehousing services revenue rose 21.9%. Gross profit was $400,000, compared with a gross loss a year earlier, while net loss widened to $20.9 million and loss per share was $0.47.
2. Plans and liabilities
The company said total liabilities fell by $22.4 million after convertible notes were fully settled. It aims to raise utilization at recently expanded facilities in Georgia, Illinois, Texas and Ontario, California, diversify its customer base across e-commerce platforms and geographies including Southeast Asia and Mexico, and pursue cost optimization and evaluate supply-chain technology and warehouse automation investments.
