Arqit, nLighten complete cloud sovereignty proof of concept for regulated workloads
ARQQ•Proof of concept for sovereign public cloud deployments
- Arqit partnered with European edge data center operator nLighten to complete a joint proof of concept on sovereign public cloud deployments.
- The setup anchored customer data, encryption keys, and cryptographic controls in nLighten’s Geneva facility while running workloads on a hyperscaler cloud.
- The project combined Arqit’s SKA-Platform with Intel TDX confidential computing to protect workloads in the public cloud environment.
- The companies plan to replicate the model across nLighten’s network of more than 30 edge data centers in seven European countries.
