July 16 (Reuters) - Array Technologies Inc. ARRY.O said it will acquire Affordable Wire Management (AWM), creating a new growth platform in balance-of-system solutions.

• The deal is valued at $203 million, representing 8.8x trailing twelve-month EBITDA.
• Additional consideration includes $10 million in installments and up to $40 million in performance-based earnout.
• The acquisition is expected to be high single digit accretive to Array's adjusted EPS in year one.
• AWM senior management team is expected to remain after closing.
