Arrive AI names Bill Karwoski chief revenue officer

Arrive AI appointed Bill Karwoski as chief revenue officer, effective Sept. 21, 2026, to lead the revenue organization.

Karwoski brings more than 30 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, with a focus on employee engagement, channel partners and consumer influence.

Michael Trovato was promoted to chief technology officer, overseeing hardware, robotics, electrical systems, embedded firmware, software and cloud integration.

Trovato has nearly two decades of experience in mechanical engineering, robotics, automation, embedded systems and product development. He previously founded and led Valence Tek.
