Arrow Unveils 240W USB-C PD 3.2 Design, Projects Q1 $8B Revenue
Arrow Electronics and Infineon unveiled a 240W USB-C PD 3.2 design (REF_ARIF240GaN) for battery-powered motor control, using EZ-PD PMGI-B2 controller and CoolGaN G5 transistors to charge two- to 12-cell Li-ion packs. 1. Launch of 240W USB-C PD 3.2 Reference Design
On March 4, Arrow and Infineon introduced REF_ARIF240GaN, a 240W USB-C Power Delivery 3.2 design for battery-powered motor control. It integrates Infineon's EZ-PD PMGI-B2 controller, built-in buck-boost functionality and CoolGaN G5 transistors with a PSOC C3 microcontroller to enable efficient charging and compact high-power performance for two- to 12-cell Li-ion battery packs.
2. Projected Q1 2026 Revenue and Earnings
Arrow forecasts first-quarter revenue between $7.95B and $8.55B, with consensus at $8.26B reflecting 21.2% year-over-year growth. The company also projects EPS of $2.81, marking a 56.1% increase from the prior year period and highlighting robust demand and operational leverage.
3. Strategic Focus on Partnerships and Acquisitions
Management affirmed that acquisitions remain a core growth strategy despite no deals in Q4 2025. Arrow was also named Distributor Partner of the Year for its ArrowSphere AI platform by Microsoft’s channel program, reinforcing its role in cloud services, subscription management and AI-enabled solutions distribution.
