Arrowhead publishes transcript of fiscal 2026 third-quarter conference call

Arrowhead posted prepared remarks from its fiscal 2026 third-quarter conference call attended by CEO Dr. Chris Anzalone, SVP Andy Davis, CMO Dr. James Hamilton, and CFO Dan Apel.

Management highlighted Phase 3 SHASTA-3 and SHASTA-4 topline results in severe hypertriglyceridemia:

• Median triglycerides were down 79% and 81% at month 12.
• A pooled analysis showed acute pancreatitis events down 78% versus placebo.
• The highest-risk subgroup showed a 100% reduction.
• No new safety signals were reported.

Arrowhead bought an FDA priority review voucher for USD 215 million to target a 6-month review, with sNDA submission planned before end-2026.

For REDEMPLO FCS, prescriptions more than doubled quarter-on-quarter; commercial revenue was about USD 2.4 million.

Cash and investments were USD 1.6 billion at June 30.
