BANX•ArrowMark Financial named Katie Jones as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately, with former CFO Pat Farrell retired and President Dana Staggs slated to depart August 2, 2026. Jones has led operations since 2019 under ArrowMark Partners and will absorb CFO duties as governance responsibilities are redistributed.

ArrowMark Financial has appointed long‐time team member Katie Jones as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Pat Farrell, the outgoing CFO, has retired, and President Dana Staggs will leave the Fund on August 2, 2026, with their duties reallocated across the investment team.
2. Katie Jones’s Background
Jones joined the Fund’s management operations when ArrowMark Partners assumed control in 2019, playing a key role in financial reporting, compliance and shareholder communications. Her deep operational expertise and familiarity with the Fund’s portfolio of regulatory capital securities underpin the Board’s confidence in her elevation to CFO.
3. Transition and Governance
The Fund’s Board intends to split Staggs’s presidential responsibilities among senior investment team members to maintain continuity in portfolio management. Jones will take over all CFO tasks, reflecting a strategic shift toward distributed governance and operational resilience on behalf of shareholders.
