The analysis found little to no evidence of biological effect or therapeutic value at ≤2.5 mg/kg or ≤175 mg/day, typical of retail dosing.
Oral CBD exposures in the reviewed studies were 5-100 times below levels associated with regulator-approved epilepsy dosing.
