Artelo Biosciences doses first patient in Phase 2 glaucoma trial of ART27.13

Artelo Biosciences reported first patient dosed in a Phase 2 DREAM trial testing oral synthetic cannabinoid ART27.13 in glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

• The study will assess whether ART27.13 can lower eye pressure with acceptable tolerability, positioning it as a potential alternative to drop-based therapy.
• No results have been presented; initial DREAM readout is expected in Q4 2026.
• The trial is investigator-led, funded by Glaucoma UK and the HSC R&D Division, extending ART27.13’s development into ophthalmology.
