Japan allowance strengthens ART27.13 patent coverage
Artelo Biosciences received a notice of allowance in Japan for patent claims covering the intended commercial formulation of ART27.13.
The claims cover compositions of ART27.13 dispersed in polyethylene glycol, matching claims previously allowed in the U.S. and Europe.
Patent protection across these jurisdictions is expected to run through 2041, strengthening the program’s global IP position.
