Arteris raises 2026 revenue outlook to $98.5 million–$99.5 million
AIP•Arteris raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook by $2.5 million to $98.5 million–$99.5 million. It also increased annual contract value plus royalties guidance by $1 million to $103 million–$107 million.
1. Raised outlook
Arteris projected fourth-quarter revenue of $25.7 million–$26.7 million and non-GAAP operating results ranging from a $900,000 loss to a $1.1 million profit. For the full year, it forecast a non-GAAP operating loss of $7.2 million–$9.2 million and kept free cash flow guidance at $5 million–$9 million.
2. Third-quarter results
Third-quarter revenue rose 48% year over year to $25.8 million, exceeding guidance. Arteris said large deals, including renewals and business expansions, drove the increase.
