Artiva Biotherapeutics issued inducement grants totaling 288,800 restricted stock units to 17 new employees, effective July 14, 2026.
- Awards were made under the 2025 Inducement Plan.
- Vesting runs four years; 25% vests on the quarterly date nearest the first anniversary of each start date.
- The remaining units vest 1/12 per quarter on subsequent quarterly vesting dates, subject to continued employment.
