Ascendis Pharma published a slide presentation outlining Week 78 Phase 2 COACH data for TransCon CNP plus TransCon hGH in achondroplasia.
- Combination therapy showed mean annualized growth velocity of 7.73 cm/year in treatment-naïve children at Week 78, with height Z-score change of +1.29.
- The previously TransCon CNP-treated cohort showed mean annualized growth velocity of 7.67 cm/year at Week 78, with height Z-score change of +1.10.
- The presentation also cited Week 104 pivotal ApproaCH monotherapy data showing durable height, proportionality, and lower-limb alignment improvements, with tolerability consistent with prior reports.
