Ascentage Pharma files for Nasdaq at-the-market ADS offering up to US$200 million

Ascentage Pharma Group International filed an automatic shelf registration on Form F-3, including an at-the-market offering of up to US$200 million of ADSs.
The company entered into a sales agreement with Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, and BTIG to sell ADSs on Nasdaq from time to time.
Use of proceeds and listing conditions
Each ADS represents four ordinary shares; issuance is expected to stay within the existing general mandate of up to 74,666,950 shares.
Sales are not expected to start until Hong Kong listing-rule waivers are granted; the waiver application remains pending.
Proceeds are earmarked for commercialization of Olverembatinib and Lisaftoclax, clinical development, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
