Costs and cash balance
Selling and distribution expenses climbed 64.3% to US$33.4 million, due to higher marketing and promotion investment for Lisaftoclax.
R&D expenses increased 32% to US$102.8 million; cash and bank balances fell 23.3% to US$279.4 million.
Corporate and clinical updates
The company added Dr. Faiçal Miyara as chief business officer and Jim Ziegler as chief commercial officer; nine registrational Phase III trials are ongoing globally.
