AAPG•Ascentage Pharma presented 17 clinical updates at EHA2026, including eight posters showcasing olverembatinib and lisaftoclax data in hematologic malignancies. Olverembatinib achieved a 76.2% CCyR and 47.6% MMR rate in 42 CP-CML patients without T315I, while a Phase III switch trial showed 57.1% 12-month MMR versus 21.4% on prior TKIs.
1. EHA2026 Clinical Presentations
Ascentage Pharma showcased 17 clinical updates at the European Hematology Association congress, including eight poster presentations on olverembatinib and lisaftoclax in chronic myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia and myeloid neoplasms.
2. Olverembatinib Second-Line Data
In a Phase II study of 42 CP-CML patients without the T315I mutation, olverembatinib induced a 76.2% complete cytogenetic response and 47.6% major molecular response, with responses deepening over time and no treatment-related deaths reported.
3. Phase III Switch Trial Results
A multicenter controlled trial of 105 CML-CP patients previously on ≥2 TKIs showed olverembatinib achieved a 6-month MMR rate of 54.3% versus 10.0%, and a 12-month MMR of 57.1% versus 21.4%; common Grade 3/4 events were thrombocytopenia (42.9%) and anemia (17.1%).
4. Lisaftoclax Combination and Real-World Data
Lisaftoclax chemotherapy-free regimens yielded encouraging responses in pediatric Ph+ ALL subpopulations, while Phase II CLL/SLL studies and real-world myeloid neoplasm data highlighted its safety and potential for individualized dosing strategies.
