ASE Technology’s unaudited March net revenues reached NT$61,577 million (US$1,949 million), marking an 18.2% sequential and 14.6% year-over-year increase. First-quarter net revenues totaled NT$173,662 million (US$5,508 million), up 17.2% YoY despite a 2.4% sequential decline from Q4.

In March 2026, ASE Technology’s consolidated net revenues reached NT$61,577 million (US$1,949 million), reflecting an 18.2% increase from February and a 14.6% rise compared to March 2025.
2. First-Quarter Results
Consolidated net revenues for Q1 2026 were NT$173,662 million (US$5,508 million), up 17.2% year-over-year but down 2.4% sequentially from Q4 2025, driven by seasonal fluctuations in demand.
3. ATM Assembly Business Metrics
The ATM assembly, testing and materials segment posted March revenues of NT$39,823 million (US$1,261 million), up 13.9% sequentially and 27.6% YoY, and Q1 revenues of NT$112,434 million (US$3,566 million), rising 29.7% YoY.
