Ashford Hospitality Trust completed the sale of the 150-room Embassy Suites Dulles Airport in Herndon, Virginia on Aug. 24, 2026.
The transaction delivered about $22.3 million in cash proceeds, net of selling expenses.
Roughly $20.6 million was paid to the mortgage lender tied to a loan secured by 13 hotels, including the sold property.
