III•ISG Index showed Asia Pacific technology services ACV rose 80% year over year to a record $10 billion in Q3. ISG raised its 2026 XaaS growth forecast to 60% from 30% and maintained its managed services growth forecast at 2.1%.
1. Q3 contract growth
Asia Pacific technology services annual contract value (ACV) rose 80% year over year to a record $10 billion in Q3, the ISG Index showed. Cloud XaaS ACV climbed 92% to $9 billion, including a 99% increase in IaaS to $8.3 billion and 37% growth in SaaS to $681 million.
2. Year-to-date figures
Managed services ACV increased 16% to just over $1 billion, while contract awards fell 8% to 55. Combined ACV rose 50% year to date to $25 billion, with XaaS accounting for 89%, or $22.1 billion. ISG raised its 2026 XaaS growth forecast to 60% from 30% and maintained its managed services growth forecast at 2.1%.
