AsiaStrategy signs MOU with Plume Network to explore Asia tokenization joint venture
SORA•AsiaStrategy signed a non-binding memorandum with Plume Network to explore a joint venture for tokenized real-world assets across Asia and other markets outside the U.S. No products have launched or been offered.
1. Proposed joint venture
The proposed venture would structure, issue and distribute tokenized financial products, initially focusing on established asset classes and compliant on-chain distribution. Plume would provide infrastructure, technical capabilities and regulatory standing, while AsiaStrategy would contribute origination, distribution and capital markets access; the transaction remains subject to definitive documents, internal approvals and regulatory requirements.
