- A settlement in principle was reached through mediation on April 3, 2026. The case is stayed pending court approval.
- Two shareholder derivative suits were filed in N.D. Texas on Jan. 30, 2026 and S.D.N.Y. on March 2, 2026.
- The derivative actions seek damages, disgorgement, governance reforms, fees, interest, costs. Defendants have not yet responded.
