ASP Isotopes says ENDRA files S-4 for planned Noble Africa merger
ASPI•ENDRA Life Sciences filed an S-4 registration statement on Oct. 2, 2026, for its planned merger with Noble Africa, a unit of ASP Isotopes. The deal was agreed on June 25, 2026, and is subject to customary closing conditions.
