Loan completes for Downers Grove industrial warehouse project

Associated Banc-Corp completed a $16.32 million loan to a High Street Logistics Properties-managed fund for an industrial warehouse project in Downers Grove, Illinois.

The 123,927-square-foot Class A facility at 3900 Finley Road is slated to start construction this month.

Completion is expected in June 2027.
