Associated Bank completes loan for Ohio industrial building
Associated Bank completed a $6.98 million term loan for Transport Properties, GFH Partners to finance a 75,250-square-foot industrial building in Pataskala, Ohio.
The property at 3003 Etna Parkway sits on 20 acres; it includes seven acres of outdoor parking.
The building was completed in 2022; it is leased to Thayer Power & Communication.
