Associated Banc-Corp named Angela M.W. Kelley to succeed Randall J. Erickson as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary on Oct. 13, 2026.
Erickson will retire at age 67. He will stay in an advisory role through end-2026 to support the transition.
Kelley most recently served as CEO of Diversity Lab/Talent Multipliers from 2025.
She previously led wealth management at Heartland Financial USA from 2024 until its 2025 acquisition by UMB Financial.
Kelley earlier served as general counsel at PacWest Bancorp from 2021-2023, following a general counsel role at NBT Bancorp from 2019-2021.
