AST SpaceMobile reported Q4 revenue of $54.3 million, surpassing consensus estimates of $41.1 million, while posting a loss of $0.26 per share versus an expected $0.15 loss. The revenue beat follows the company’s first quarter of positive top-line growth since inception.
2. Contracted Revenue and Cash Position
The company secured over $1.2 billion in aggregate contracted revenue commitments from commercial partners and ended the quarter with $2.8 billion in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash. This strong liquidity position supports ongoing satellite deployments and operational scaling.
3. TELUS Partnership for Canadian Coverage
AST SpaceMobile signed a commercial agreement with TELUS, which will invest in ground-based infrastructure and take an equity stake to deliver space-based cellular broadband across Canada. The service is slated for late 2026, enabling direct-to-device connectivity in remote regions using standard smartphones.
