AST SpaceMobile sets CFO Johnson's annual base salary at minimum $250,000 under new agreement
ASTS•AST SpaceMobile entered a three-year employment agreement with CFO and Chief Legal Officer Andrew M. Johnson on October 14, 2026. It sets his annual base salary at a minimum of $250,000 and provides eligibility for bonuses, equity awards and severance benefits.
1. Agreement terms
Johnson is eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and time-based and performance-based restricted stock unit awards under the 2024 Incentive Award Plan. If his employment ends under qualifying circumstances, he is entitled to 12 months of salary continuation, up to 12 months of subsidized COBRA coverage and any earned annual bonus.
2. Equity vesting
The severance terms also provide accelerated vesting for restricted stock units scheduled to vest within 12 months, including performance-based awards with certified performance.
