Astec Industries appoints John Keating to board

Astec Industries appointed John Keating as an independent director, effective Dec. 11, 2026, and named him to the Audit Committee. Linda Knoll will resign from the board effective Dec. 14, 2026.

Keating, a CRH senior advisor, was executive vice president for Americas Materials Solutions from 2022 to 2026.
