ALAB•Astera Labs has expanded its Taiwan Cloud-Scale Interop Lab and engineering presence to accelerate rack-scale AI infrastructure integration with AMD, Arm, Intel, NVIDIA and ODMs including GIGABYTE and Quanta Cloud Technology. The expansion strengthens validation, debugging and qualification workflows to cut AI system deployment time in Taiwan’s semiconductor ecosystem.
Astera Labs has significantly expanded its Taiwan operations by enlarging the Cloud-Scale Interop Lab in Taipei and increasing its local engineering and support staff. This growth deepens engagement with semiconductor supply chain resources and specialized AI infrastructure talent in one of the world’s leading chip ecosystems.
The company is collaborating with major AI platform providers including AMD, Arm, Intel and NVIDIA, as well as Taiwan original design manufacturers such as GIGABYTE, Ingrasys, Inventec, Quanta Cloud Technology and Wiwynn to strengthen platform qualification and system integration.
Proximity to Taiwan’s semiconductor ecosystem allows Astera Labs to accelerate validation of rack-scale AI systems, reduce debugging and qualification cycles, and speed time-to-deployment. The expanded footprint supports the recently announced Scorpio fabric switch family, embedding Astera Labs more deeply into high-lane connectivity solutions for frontier AI models.
Astera Labs will highlight its enlarged Taiwan footprint and enhanced interop capabilities at Computex 2026, showcasing how its expanded lab environment and ecosystem momentum facilitate faster AI infrastructure rollouts in hyperscale and enterprise markets.
