Astera Labs reported Q4 revenue of $270.6 million, marking a 17% sequential increase and 92% year-over-year gain. GAAP gross margin was 75.6%, GAAP net income reached $45.0 million, and non-GAAP pro forma EPS was $0.58. Full-year revenue totaled $852.5 million, up 115%, with a 75.7% gross margin.

Long-time CFO Mike Tate will transition to Strategic Advisor to the CEO, supporting the handoff to Desmond Lynch, who brings over 25 years of semiconductor finance leadership and joins effective March 2, 2026.

3. Growth Initiatives and R&D Expansion

The company is ramping production of its Scorpio X-Series smart fabric solutions and broadening its product roadmap for scale-up networking, targeting a merchant switching market projected to hit $20 billion by 2030. A new Israel Design Center will accelerate development of next-generation AI connectivity fabrics and collaborations with local institutions.
