Astrana Health reported third-quarter revenue of $1.02 billion, up 7% year over year and in line with analyst estimates. Adjusted EPS rose 4% to $0.71, above the $0.47 estimate, while adjusted EBITDA increased 13% to $77.2 million, compared with the $73.76 million estimate.
2. Fourth-quarter outlook
The company expects fourth-quarter revenue of $939 million to $1.04 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $48.5 million to $61.5 million. CEO Brandon Sim said its physician-centric, AI-powered healthcare operating platform contributed to results; the company also cited aligned physician partnerships and integrated care delivery.
