AstraZeneca admits 8,855 new ordinary shares to London Stock Exchange main market

AstraZeneca admitted 8,855 ordinary shares ($0.25 each; ISIN GB0009895292) to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.
The shares were issued from July 1-31, 2026 under the group’s employee share schemes, using an existing block admission.
Total ordinary shares in issue rose to 1,551,033,389 following the admission.
