AstraZeneca disclosed a share-based award outcome for CFO Aradhana Sarin under its 2021 Performance Share Plan.
Sarin acquired 73 ordinary shares on Sept. 14, 2026 from separately vesting dividend equivalent awards tied to the 2021 plan.
The fair market value used for tax purposes was GBP 114.60 per share at vest, based on the prior trading day’s close.
