AstraZeneca publishes clinical trials pipeline presentation
AZN•AstraZeneca published its third-quarter 2026 clinical trials update. Enhertu and Tagrisso with Orpathys met primary endpoints in three Phase III trials, while Etcamah with palbociclib missed its primary endpoint in SERENA-4.
1. Trial results and outlook
AstraZeneca said Enhertu met the primary endpoint in the Phase III DESTINY-Lung04 trial for HER2-mutated advanced lung cancer. Tagrisso with Orpathys met primary endpoints in the Phase III SAFFRON and SANOVO lung cancer trials, while Etcamah with palbociclib missed the primary endpoint in the Phase III SERENA-4 advanced breast cancer trial. Phase III data for Datroway's AVANZAR and TROPION-Lung15 lung cancer trials are expected in the first half of 2027.
