AZN•AstraZeneca’s Imfinzi combined with Amgen’s tarlatamab-dlle cut the risk of death by 58% versus Imfinzi alone in the Phase III DeLLphi-305 trial. The first-line maintenance treatment also delayed disease progression; severe treatment-related adverse events were more common, with no treatment-related deaths.
