AstraZeneca’s Sone-Ve improves overall survival in Phase III gastric cancer trial
AZN•AstraZeneca said its CLARITY-Gastric01 Phase III trial showed Sone-Ve improved survival versus investigator-selected therapy in previously treated patients with CLDN18.2-positive advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The company will present overall survival data from four pivotal Phase III trials at the ESMO Congress on October 23-27, 2026.

SAFFRON will highlight the clinical benefit of adding Orpathys to Tagrisso in previously treated, MET-driven, EGFR-mutated lung cancer, while VOLGA and DeLLphi-305 will show findings on Imfinzi combinations in bladder cancer and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
