Astrotech files prospectus for up to $50 million at-the-market stock offering
ASTC•New at-the-market equity program replaces prior supplement
Astrotech set a new at-the-market equity program to sell up to $50 million of common stock via H.C. Wainwright.
The new prospectus supplement replaces a prior $24.5 million ATM supplement tied to the same sales agreement.
258,856 shares were sold under the prior supplement for about $7.9 million in gross proceeds as of Aug. 19, 2026.
No additional stock sales will be made under the prior prospectus supplement.
