Full-year revenue reached $140.5 million, a 17% increase, while adjusted EBITDA jumped 82% to $11.4 million in the quarter and $32.0 million for the year, boosting margins to 23%.

2. AI and Portal Initiatives

More than two-thirds of clients have upgraded to the new Asure Central portal, driving a 10% increase in multi-product payroll clients in Q4. The Luna AI agent processed over 80,000 messages in its first 90 days, reducing support loads and underpinning the AsureWorks ASO service that can generate 2x–3x revenue per managed client.

3. Backlog, Bookings and 2026 Outlook

New bookings rose 35%, lifting contracted backlog to approximately $100 million, with 41% expected to convert over the next 12 months.
