AtaiBeckley jumps on Lilly buyout report
Shares of psychedelic drugmaker AtaiBeckley (ATAI.O) jumped 51% to $8.12 in premarket trading after Bloomberg News reported late on Wednesday that pharma giant Eli Lilly (LLY.N) was nearing a deal to buy the company, negotiating at a premium.
ATAI's focus is on psychedelic-based treatments, with a nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression under development.
