Ategrity Specialty Q2 FY26 net income attributable to stockholders rises 89.8% to $33.45 million

Ategrity Specialty Insurance posted net income of $37.17 million, more than doubled from a year earlier; diluted EPS was $0.67.
Net income attributable to stockholders climbed 89.8% to $33.45 million, while gross written premiums rose 23.4% to $206.76 million.
The combined ratio improved 3 percentage points to 85.9%, as the expense ratio narrowed to 27.5% from 31%.
Investment gains and share repurchases
Net realized and unrealized gains on investments expanded to $18.59 million from $1.41 million, while net investment income increased 6.5% to $12.66 million.
The board-authorized $50 million buyback repurchased 142,686 shares for $2.8 million; $47.2 million of capacity remained at quarter-end.
